World War Z: Game of the Year Edition will launch on May 5 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The PC version, which will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store, will retail for $44.99, whereas the console version of the game will be available for $49.99. It will include new weapon and character packs, along with new story content set in Marseille, France. Additional details on what that will entail exactly should be made available in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, the developers of World War Z have also confirmed that the game is coming to the Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, a World War Z Switch port release date has yet to be announced, but Switch owners may be satisfied knowing that it’s in development at all.

As for what’s next for World War Z developer Saber Interactive, the studio will be assisting in the development of the recently revealed Crysis Remastered that’s due for release this summer.
