There will be a Game 6 of the 2016 World Series. The Cubs staved off elimination by beating Cleveland 3-2 in a tense Game 5. The Indians lead the series 3-2 as it heads back to Progressive Field for Game 6 on Tuesday.

11:44 p.m.: Raise the ‘W.’ Ramirez strikes out to end it. The series will return to Cleveland for Game 6 on Tuesday. Cubs win 3-2.
11:43 p.m.: Santana pops out to short right field.
11:39 p.m.: Napoli grounds out to shortstop to start the ninth.
11:34 p.m.: Heyward steals third, but Chapman strikes out on the next pitch.
11:32 p.m.: Baez strikes out. Chapman will bat.
11:28 p.m.: Heyward steals second.
11:27 p.m.: Jason Heyward singles.
11:24 p.m.: Allen strikes out Russell to start the eighth.
11:19 p.m.: And Lindor goes down on strikes. Cubs really could use some insurance runs as thye come up in the bottom of the eighth.
11:18 p.m.: Davis steals third. Cleveland continues to put the pressure on Chicago.
11:16 p.m.: Kipnis pops out short left field. Two outs now, but still might tense at Wrigley as the red-hot Lindor comes to bat with tying run on second.
11:12 p.m.: Davis steals second. Cleveland now has the tying run on second with one out.
11:08 p.m.: With one out, Davis reaches first when Chapman fails to cover first on hard grounder to Rizzo at first.
11:01 p.m.: Zobrist pops up the shortstop to end the Cubs threat. We move on the eighth with the Cubbies clinging to a 3-2 lead. They are going to try to get six more outs from Chapman.
10:58 p.m.: Bryants strikes out, and Allen intentionally walks Rizzo to put runners at first and second. Two outs.
10:56 p.m.: Fowler steals second.
10:53 p.m.: Allen hits Fowler on the left foot. Man on first, one out in the seventh.
10:50 p.m.: WIth one out, Indians pull a double switch. Cody Allen is the new Cleveland pitcher while Yan Gomes comes in to catch.
10:46 p.m.: Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder sings “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” in honor of Ross, who is playing his last game at Wrigley.
10:44 p.m.: Perez grounds out to second to end the threat. Six outs to go for the Cubs to send the series back to Cleveland.
10:40 p.m.: Guyer reaches via hit-by-pitch. Looks like it barely grazed his leg.
10:39 p.m.: And Chapman whiffs Ramirez. Two out.
10:34 p.m.: And it’s Chapman time after Santana flies out to left. Cubs clinging to a 3-2 lead in top of the seventh. One out.
10:33 p.m.: Catcher Willson Contreras allows a passed ball, and Napoli advances to second.
10:29 p.m.: Napoli leads off with a long single to left. And Chapman is warming up.
10:28 p.m.: Carl Edwards Jr. enters the game. This is now a bullpen game for a Cub team trying to stay alive.
10:25 p.m.: Shaw strikes out the side, and we head to the seventh.
10:24 p.m.: Miguel Montero hits for Ross, meaning Lester is likely coming out of the game.
10:20 p.m.: Bryan Shaw enters the game for the Indians, replacing Clevinger.
10:16 p.m.: Lindor caught stealing to end the inning. Big out for Cubs with Lester pitching.
10:15 p.m.: Francisco Lindor continues to be hot, hitting a single to center field to score Davis. Cubs lead cut to 3-2.
10:12 p.m.: Jason Kipnis strikes out. Now two down with Davis at second.
10:07 p.m.: Davis singles with one out and promptly steals second.
10:05 p.m.: Coco Crisp pinch hits for Clevinger.
10:01 p.m.: Russell flies out to right to end the fifth. Cubs still lead 3-1.
10 p.m.: Zobrist draws a walk.
9:59 p.m.: Bryants steals second and advances to third on a throwing error by catcher Perez. Two outs.
9:55 p.m.: Bryant draws a walk.
9:53 p.m.: Mike Clevinger enters to replace Bauer in the fifth.
9:51 p.m.: Roberto Perez grounds out. Cubs lead 3-1 as they head to the bottom of the fifth.
9:49 p.m.: Brandon Guyer strikes out, though not everyone agrees with the called third strike.
9:44 p.m.: Ramirez grounds out to shortstop, advancing Santana to third.
9:41 p.m.: Carlos Santana leads off the Indian fifth with a double. Cleveland keeping the pressure on.
9:38 p.m.: Fourth inning is over, but it was a good one for the Cubs, who finally break through and now lead 3-1.
9:34 p.m.: David Ross hits a fly ball to left to bring the third Cub run home. 3-1, Chicago.
9:28 p.m: A perfectly placed bunt by Baez loads the bases with one out.
9:27 p.m.: Jason Heyward strikes out.
9:24 p.m.: Russell with an infield single to score Rizzo. Cubs lead 2-1. First time all season Cleveland has lost a lead.
9:20 p.m.: Zobirst singles to right, moving Rizzo to third. Still no one out.
9:17 p.m.: Anthony Rizzo hits a double to deep right field, and Wrigley is going nuts. Score tied 1-1, no outs as Zobrist comes to the plate.
9:16 p.m.: Kris Bryant hits a leadoff homer in the fourth to make it 1-0. Finally, finally, the Wrigley Crowd is alive. Could this be the big hit Chicago has been seeking all series?
9:13 p.m.: This game is going quick. Indians retired in the fourth. The Cubs are coming to bat down 1-0.
9:06 p.m.: Trevor Bauer is dealing. He retires the Cubs in order in the third, and Wrigley is sounding very quiet.
8:58 p.m.: Indians retired in order in the top of the third.
8:49 p.m.: And Bauer escapes the one-out single. On to the third.
8:44 p.m.: Addison Russell singles with one out.
8:38 p.m.: Indians done in the top of the second, but they grab the 1-0 lead.
8:36 p.m.: Jose Ramirez drills a homer to left. Indians take 1-0 lead, and time is starting to run out for Cubs
